YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to the CEO/Managing Director (an outstanding chartered accountant with extra credentials in applied finance/investments/estate planning), you will love the autonomy, freedom, challenge and variety of this hands-on role:
- having you own client portfolio (mainly high net worth + business clients) providing a full spectrum of tax (compliance and advisory), accounting, business advisory and SMSF compliance services;
- mentoring and leading a junior accountant and an accounting administrator.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are degree qualified in accounting, business or similar;
- are CA/CPA qualified (or in the process of studying);
- have had 3+ years experience (or more) in tax/business services in a chartered/CPA firm including experience in self-managed super funds compliance [essential];
- have strong technical competency in income tax, CGT, GST, superannuation experience preparing tax returns for all entities including SMSFs;
- have strong communication/interpersonal+ problem-solving skills+ acute attention to detail/accuracy;
- are tech-savvy preferably with experience in 1 or more of: Handisoft, BGL, SF360, Xero , MYOB;
- are proactive, can work autonomously & are a strong team player;
- are able+ willing to commit long-term with a generous caring employer who invests heavily in their staff long-term.
