Job Title - Retail Manager
Key Responsibilities

- Control store expenditure, manage budgets and monitor sales objectives and overall financial results.
- Develop and implement pricing plans, special offers and promotional campaigns to increase sales.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety requirements, food safety standards and internal company procedures.
- Handle customer concerns, enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Compile and review sales figures, stock reports and operational performance records for management.
- Ensure the retail premises remain clean, orderly and safe for employees and customers.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in retail management or a supervisory position within the retail sector.
- Effective leadership, staff supervision and team coordination abilities.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good planning, organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy retail environment.
- Practical understanding of stock control, inventory procedures and retail store operations.
