Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and medication management.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on the safe and effective use of medications.
- Participate in health promotion and education activities within the community or hospital setting.
- Support and mentor junior pharmacists, interns, and other healthcare staff as required.
Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-internship experience in either a hospital or community pharmacy setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to adapt to different working environments and community needs
- *Further compliance required across different health services
