Step into an exciting leadership opportunity with a premium furniture retailer in Jandakot. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a high-performing salesperson who thrives on results, delivers exceptional customer experiences and leads from the front.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of showroom performance, team culture and customer experience. You'll lead from the front with your own sales results while coaching and developing your team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

About You
- Proven success in high-ticket or consultative sales
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
- Competitive, driven and highly results-focused
- Polished and professional presence suited to a luxury environment
- Passionate about customer experience and relationship building
- Confident leading, coaching and motivating a sales team

- $75K-$80K base salary
- 1% commission on personal sales, paid monthly

Roster
- Weekend work required
- Two RDOs during the week
