YOUR ROLE
As the valued RIGHT HAND to a friendly top-calibre Senior Associate+Partner in their winning specialist WILLS/ESTATES LAW team, you will relish +thrive in this stimulating full-spectrum role intimately assisting senior lawyers with all sorts of wills/estates planning/asset planning/trusts/probate issues+ contested wills disputes.
You will be:
- Directly liaising with clients/barristers/solicitors/3rd parties;
- Intimately involved with day to day client file management;
- Preparing/typing basic wills, powers of attorney + other legal/court documents/correspondence;
- Preparing briefs to barristers+ Diary management;
- Engaging in ad hoc projects+ general administration;
- Assisting with Billing+ Trust accounts;
- Access to a junior +word process operator to assist you.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have a minimum of 3 years+ experience (no maximum limit) as a secretary/paralegal in wills/estates law;
- have a keen interest in+ wish to pursue a career specializing in wills/estates/succession law;
- have strong Microsoft Office skills+ typing speed over 55wpm;
- have strong organizational, communication/ interpersonal skills;
- are proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task and have a lot of common sense.
