Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Inspector for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. Working 72.5 hours per fortnight, you'll enjoy flexible start and finish times between 6:00am and 6:00pm while servicing locations throughout the Isaac Region.In this role, you will be responsible for conducting plumbing and drainage inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards. You will work closely with contractors, property owners and stakeholders to provide technical advice, assess installations and support the delivery of safe and compliant plumbing infrastructure across the regionWhat you'll need to succeed

Current Queensland Plumbing and Drainage Licence Endorsements in Backflow Prevention Endorsements in Thermostatic Mixing Valves Endorsements in Onsite Sewerage Facilities Current C Class Driver's Licence Previous experience in a Plumbing Inspector or similar compliance-based role Strong knowledge of plumbing regulations, standards and legislative requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work autonomously across a large geographic region
