- Direct +indirect property investments (acquiring property development sites, gaining development approval and raising funds from investors via a product disclosure statement);

YOUR ROLE
In this KEY ‘4 PLUS-DIMENSIONAL’ sole in-house legal counsel role, reporting to the CEO (with outstanding multiple credentials)+ leading 2 junior lawyers, you will enjoy the autonomy/freedom+ challenges+ rewards practising in:
- Property law-property due diligence, sale/purchase of land/property (including put+ call options/JV agreements/stamp duty), advising on strata plans+ disclosure statements (PDS), local government/planning laws;
- Construction law-Advising on building/construction contracts
- Corporations Act/Financial Services Law- Drafting PDS, advising on AFSL issues, compliance with laws relating to raising retail/wholesale funds and administration of managed funds;
- -Construction/property/commercial disputes.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are an admitted lawyer in NSW with minimum 5+ years PAE or MORE (up to 20+ years-seniors welcome) in private practice/in-house;
- Have an unrestricted current practising certificate;
- have strong technical knowledge+ practical experience in at all 4 (ideal) OR least 3 out of the 4 practice areas mentioned above (essential);
- have excellent legal drafting/negotiation/advocacy skills+high commercial acumen;
- have solid Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) skills;
- can work autonomously+ are highly results and deadline-driven;
- desire a long-term hands-on LEADERSHIP role with a leading growing specialist wealth/investments manager/financial advisory firm.
