Are you an experienced Assistant Director or Educational Leader ready to take the next step in your career? At Edge Early Learning, you'll partner with your Centre Director to lead a high-performing team, inspire quality practice and create exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators.

- Previous leadership experience in a Long Day Care setting is essential.
- You must be available to work opening and/or closing shifts as required.

ABOUT YOU
You are a confident and approachable leader who enjoys mentoring educators, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Centre Director with day-to-day operations.
- Lead the service in the Director's absence.
- Coach and mentor educators.
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework.
- Build strong relationships with families and the community.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years’ Educator experience in a long day care setting within Australia - Leadership experience in Long Day Care.
Certificates & Checks
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
- Relevant Child Safety training
- RRHAN (SA where applicable)
