Junior Construction Lawyer (1-4 years pae)

Junior lawyers with a genuine passion for construction law; contracts, projects and disputes - this role gives you the rare chance to learn directly from a senior practitioner with over 20 years’ experience across building and construction, property and commercial law.
This partner works closely with developers, builders and property owners from early planning and procurement through to completion and delivery.

The Work (Front‑End + Back‑End)
- Drafting and reviewing construction and building contracts
- Advising on project structuring, procurement and risk allocation
- Supporting clients through planning, financing arrangements and delivery
- Exposure to residential and commercial developments
- Working on related property matters including acquisitions, disposals, development, stamp duty, leasing and finance
- Assisting with construction disputes and project‑related issues
- Exposure to general commercial disputes connected to construction and property matters
Be involved early, trusted with real work, and supported every step of the way.
You
- Don't need deep construction experience - passion, curiosity and drive matter most
- 1–3 years PAE (litigation, commercial or property experience helpful but not essential)
- A genuine interest in construction law - contracts, projects, disputes, problem‑solving
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
