We're searching for an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter's - Step Up Supervisors to join our site based teams in the Gunnedah region, providing hands-on leadership across our mining fleet

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work side by side with your team, sharing your knowledge and helping them succeed. You'll keep daily maintenance running smoothly, support a strong safety culture, and play an important role in building a positive, high-performing crew.
What We're Looking For
- Certificate of Proficiency in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Trade
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Supervisor or senior tradesperson role
- Strong background working on CAT mining equipment
- Supervisor Training or willing to obtain (G1, G8, and G9 + G2, formerly known as S1, S2, S3)
- Willing to complete an Order 45 Medical and Police Check
