Thisorganisation plays a critical role in supporting the state's economicdevelopment and service delivery, while fostering a collaborative and flexibleworking environment. The position has become available due to an extended leavearrangement and offers an initial 6-month contract with a further 6-monthextension opportunity and potential longer-term prospects.
Located atMidland Square, the role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum ofthree days per week in the office and flexibility to work from home up totwo days each week.
Your new role
Reporting to theSenior Manager, Investment Assurance & Costing, you will play a key role inmaintaining and enhancing Landgate's Corporate Cost Model, providing financialanalysis and commercial insights that support organisational decision-making. Thisposition sits within a specialist finance function and works closely withsenior stakeholders across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successfulin this position, you will be a hands-on Management Accountant who can quicklyintegrate into a team and deliver value from day one.
You willdemonstrate:
Extensive experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis or a similar role Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting experience Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse complex financial data Experience maintaining or developing corporate costing models, particularly Activity-Based Costing (ABC), highly regarded Knowledge of government budgeting and financial planning cycles, particularly within the WA public sector, will be highly advantageous Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline CA or CPA qualification, or progress towards professional accreditation, will be highly regarded.
