Join a well-established organisation responsible for the presentation, upkeep and day-to-day operation of a residential community environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a variety of work, takes pride in maintaining facilities and enjoys interacting with residents and visitors.
Your new role
- Lawn mowing, edging, weeding and general grounds maintenance
- Cleaning and presentation of communal facilities and outdoor areas
- General maintenance and handy person duties
- Furniture moving and event/setup assistance
- Setting up communal areas for resident activities
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous grounds maintenance, gardening, facilities or caretaker experience
- Current driving licence and reliable transport
- Basic maintenance and handy person skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
