An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-established organisation based in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Experiencing growth in their national operations, this is a 3-month temporary assignment working closely with the existing finance team and as part of a team of 3 in Accounts Payable.
Your new role
This role will suit an experienced AP officer, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across accounts payable, with strong communication and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities include:

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform PO, invoice and goods receipt matching
• Monitor AP inbox and respond to supplier invoice and payment enquiries
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders regarding receipting and approvals

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Officer positionExperience working with ERP systems such as Pronto
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
