Your new companyYou'll be working with a Brisbane-based Managed Services Provider (MSP) located in West End, supporting a diverse client base across industries including medical practices, manufacturing organisations, and professional services firms.
Your new roleThis is a client-facing, hands-on Senior MSP Engineer position requiring genuine MSP experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering technical support and infrastructure services, attending client sites, and assisting with sales and account growth opportunities.What you'll need to succeedTechnical Delivery

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support across client environments.
• Perform desktop support, hardware deployment, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Install and configure:
  • PCs and laptops
  • Printers and peripherals
  • Network equipment
  • Servers and infrastructure components
• Support and administer:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Entra ID
  • Intune
  • Backup solutions
  • RMM platforms
  • VMware
  • Proxmox
  • 3CX phone systems
  • Data centre environments
  • Network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and manage Windows Server environments.
• Support firewall technologies, particularly FortiGate.
• Exposure to Arista networking solutions will be highly regarded.
• Current driver's licence.
• Reliable vehicle for travel between client sites.
• Comfortable with regular on-site support across Brisbane.

Qualifications and Experience:Essential Experience

• Previous experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) is ideal
• Strong Level 2/Level 3 support background.
• Experience supporting multiple client environments simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of:
  1. Microsoft 365
  2. Windows Server
  3. Entra ID
  4. Intune
  5. Networking fundamentals
  6. Firewall management (particularly FortiGate)
