- Based in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne
- 4-month casual contract, potential to extend
- Full-time hours, Mon-Fri

Duties:
This role will report into the Project Management Office and will provide support across operations and quality workstreams. Duties include but are not limited to
- Support the handover of projects into full operational manufacturing environments
- Identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues, including deviations and engineering or production‑related discrepancies
- Drive completion of outstanding compliance actions and documentation within the existing backlog
- Partner with cross‑functional teams across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and project functions
- Participate actively in project reviews, production meetings, and quality discussions on the shop floor
- Produce clear, accurate, and technically sound documentation and reports
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely action closure and uphold compliance requirements
