Forklift Operator
- Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced distribution centre.
- Perform pallet and unit picking/packing using RF scanning.
- Identify and escalate food safety and quality hazards.

Based in Hazelmere, join our stable ASX-listed organisation being part of a team in a fast-paced Distribution Centre. We're looking for experienced forklift drivers ready for an immediate start in a competitive, team-focused environment with genuine job security and room to grow.
Operational hours: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm (shift flexibility to suit your lifestyle)
Casual position – Rate: $43.51 p/h (inclusive of casual loading) after three months- and pending on performance and attendance, the rate may increase to $47.10 p/h
What You'll Do
- High-reach forklift operation (7 bays high, single bay deep) – this is core to the role and a must
- Counterbalance experience is a must.
- Double-deep forklift operations for warehouse and truck loading/unloading desirable
- Pallet and unit picking/packing using RF scanning
- Storing, maintaining, and organising materials, equipment, and tools
- Identifying and escalating Food Safety, Quality, hazards, and risks to leadership
What You'll Bring
- High-reach forklift experience – essential
- Counterbalance forklift experience – essential
- Double-deep forklift operation experience desirable
- RC/RM stand-up forklift experience
- Warehouse and/or Distribution Centre experience
- RF scanner proficiency
- Ability to understand and follow procedures reliably
- Strong teamwork and independent work capability
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Physically fit; comfortable repetitively lifting 5–15 kg
- Flexibility for weekend and public holiday shifts
