Current projects include Mondrian Gold Coast, RACV Noosa, Coast Gold Coast, One Circular Quay Sydney, and Atlassian Sydney.
About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Specification Manager to join our team. Key duties will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers and design consultants during the early design phase of commercial projects
- Working directly with architects to understand their project requirements and specify Turner Bros products before projects proceed to tender
- Positioning Turner Bros as a trusted technical partner throughout the design and specification process
- Providing technical advice and design assistance on product selection, performance requirements and compliance
- Preparing technical documentation, specifications and design recommendations
- Delivering CPD presentations and product education sessions to architects and design consultants
- Maintaining an active project pipeline from concept through to tender, and handing qualified projects to the Sales and Estimating teams once specification is secured
- Representing Turner Bros at industry events and Architecture & Design (A&D) networking opportunities
- Monitoring construction activity, competitor activity and specification trends to identify new project opportunities
