Delivery Driver/Unloader - FedEx Dubbo NSW
Employment Type: Casual Part-time role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00am-8:00am
Pay Rate: $42.70 per hour
About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver/Unloader to join the FedEx team in Dubbo. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the safe loading, unloading, and delivery of freight while ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload parcels and freight safely and efficiently
- Deliver packages to customers across the local area
- Accurately scan and track shipments using company systems
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general depot and freight handling duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A current MR Licence or higher
- Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- A current Police Check completed within the last six months
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
Desirable Qualifications
- Current Forklift Licence
- Knowledge of the Dubbo region and surrounding areas
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, freight, or delivery services
