Synergie is seeking experienced and entry level Forklift Operators, Mill Operators, and Storeperson / Allrounders for multiple ongoing manufacturing and warehouse opportunities across well-established industrial operations in Townsville.
Forklift Operators (5 Positions Available)
Need to Knows:
- Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm (2 positions)
- Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm (3 positions)
- $35 – $36 per hour casual
- Permanent / full-time opportunities after 6 months
Mill Operator – Purlin, Flashings & Gutters (2 Positions)
Need to Knows
- Monday to Friday | Day shift
- $34 per hour casual
- Full-time opportunity after 6 months
Storeperson / Allrounders (2 Positions)
Need to Knows
- Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm (varied roster options available)
- $35 per hour casual
What you will be required to do:
- Operate forklifts safely to load, unload and move stock
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
- Support manufacturing/mill operations (flashings, gutters and related products)
- Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as required
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and accuracy in all tasks
To be successful in the role you will:
- Hold a valid forklift licence (preferred for most roles)
- Have previous warehouse, manufacturing or production experience (desirable)
- Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and teamwork
- Have reliable transport and ability to attend consistent shifts
- Hold full Australian working rights
