NPI Civil Supervisor

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is currently seeking experienced NPI Civil Supervisors to join our growing team in Port Hedland and East Pilbara. This role will see you leading crews across a diverse portfolio of Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) construction-based civil work scopes throughout the Pilbara. You will play a key role in ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to client specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor looking to further develop their leadership and project management skills while working with industry leading clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise site crews across project works within mining and port environments
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with safety, quality and client requirements
• Develop and review JHAs, SWIs and permits for critical works
• Scope, plan and coordinate shutdown activities
• Liaise with clients, planners and other supervisors to ensure smooth execution
• Mentor and develop team members on site
• Maintain strong safety leadership and promote a positive team culture

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Civil, Structural or NPI Supervisor within the mining and resources sector
• Relevant client site experience is desirable
• Proven experience supervising maintenance and construction work
• Dedication to the safety, well-being and future development of your team
• Must hold s26 Supervisor Certificate (or have the capacity to obtain one)
• Proof of right to work in Australia
• Senior First Aid, Working at Heights, Basic Fire and Confined Space Certifications (desirable)
