The Job: Run your own store, hands-on and on the floor, with a team of 10 to 15. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, done with your team, not from an office. If you love being on the floor, you'll love this. If you want a desk, you won't.

The Opportunities: We're hiring Store Managers across Gippsland, with opportunities available in locations including Sale, Morwell, Cowes and surrounding areas. You: You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.
What you get: From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + bonus + 17.5% leave loading, and a real path forward as the business grows.
