Your New CompanyHays Trades & Labour are working with several leading construction companies delivering high-profile high-rise residential and commercial projects across the Gold Coast.
Due to ongoing project demand, we are seeking experienced and reliable Ticketed & Skilled Labourers for immediate starts.
Your New RoleWorking on large-scale high-rise construction sites, you will support site teams with a variety of labouring duties while operating safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- General construction labouring duties
- Assisting trades on-site
- Manual handling and material movement
- Site clean-up and maintenance
- Working at heights and around active construction zones
- Assisting with concrete, carpentry, formwork and structural works
- Operating plant and equipment where appropriately licensed
- Following site safety procedures and directions from supervisors
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience on commercial or high-rise construction projects
- Construction White Card
- Reliable transport and ability to get to site
- Strong understanding of site safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have full availability and be reliable
Highly regarded tickets include:
- EWP (above 11 meters)
- Hoist Personnel
- Forklift Licence
- Telehandler Ticket
- Traffic Control Tickets
