About the Role

We are seeking a Process & Quality Improvement Manager to lead branchlevel improvement initiatives with a strong focus on process improvement, process engineering, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement.

This role is central to driving Lean Manufacturing practices, reducing waste, improving product quality, and building capability across the shop floor. You will lead DMAICbased improvement projects, optimise quality systems, and support the branch in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver process improvement and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects to reduce waste, defects, and variation.
  • Apply process engineering principles to optimise workflows, cycle times, and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate structured problemsolving (RCA, 5 Whys, Fishbone, DMAIC) to address recurring issues.
  • Implement and enhance QMS, NCR, RMA, and OEE processes within the ERP environment.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture through coaching, training, and handson leadership.
  • Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and supplier teams to improve incoming quality and material flow.
  • Support digitalisation, automation, and errorproofing initiatives aligned with the national quality strategy.
  • Provide accurate reporting on scrap, RMAs, cost of quality, and CI performance.

About You

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt exposure desirable).
  • 10–15 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong background in process improvement, process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead handson problemsolving on the shop floor.
  • Experience with NCR, RMA, OEE, and quality reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.

Why Join Us

You will play a key role in shaping the future of branchlevel quality and operational performance. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful improvement work, influence culture, and contribute to a national quality transformation program.
