Growth Marketing Manager
- Own the D2C growth strategy across paid media, SEO, CRO and channel optimisation.
- Manage multi-channel paid campaigns and drive D2C growth.
- Forecast and report on channel performance, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates.
We’re partnering with a fast-growing tech company looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own their D2C growth strategy across paid media, SEO, CRO and channel optimisation.
In this role, you’ll:
- Plan, buy and optimise campaigns across search, social, YouTube and display
- Lead CRO experimentation and optimise conversion funnels (including Instant Quote flows)
- Own technical SEO and website performance metrics
- Forecast and report on channel performance, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates
- Manage agency partners, budgets, and performance targets
- Oversee and optimise the brand’s Webflow and Shopify stores
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns and driving D2C growth
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CRO and attribution
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Shopify, Webflow, and modern martech stacks
- A test-and-learn approach with the ability to forecast and report confidently
- Previous experience working in a startup/high performing/fast paced environment
