About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier Driver to join the FedEx team in a full-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, providing exceptional customer service and being part of a global organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of parcels while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels safely and efficiently.
• Follow planned delivery routes and meet delivery timeframes.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Complete electronic scanning and delivery documentation accurately.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Load and unload parcels safely using correct manual handling techniques.
• Comply with all road rules, company procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Current MR Driver's Licence (or higher).
• Forklift Licence (essential)
• Safe driving history.
• Previous experience in a courier, delivery, transport or logistics role (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Good level of physical fitness with the ability to lift and move parcels.
• A reliable attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety.
