Job Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project reporting frameworks tailored to organisational needs.
• Generate accurate and timely reports to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting activities.
• Monitor key project metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of reporting tools and systems.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and identify areas for process improvement.
• Provide training and guidance on reporting tools and practices to team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SF ECP Project Reporting Specialist should have:

• Experience with SuccessFactors ECP and SpinEffects (Power BI as well)
• Strong expertise in project reporting within a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry or similar sectors.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, actionable format.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Relevant qualifications in technology, data analytics, or a related field.

• Competitive salary range of $135,000 to $155,000 AUD.
