Lead The Charge

This isn’t a management role where you’ll spend your day hidden away in an office.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who loves being on the shop floor, working alongside their crew, supporting customers and driving results. You’ll take ownership of our 12V and Refrigeration categories while helping deliver outstanding store performance through strong leadership, coaching and sales expertise.

Your Mission

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales crew
• Driving sales growth across our 12V and Refrigeration categories
• Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Leading from the front and setting the standard on the sales floor
• Supporting customers with expert product advice and solutions
• Analysing sales performance and identifying growth opportunities
• You’re au fait with utilising social media to drive increased foot traffic
• Working closely with store leadership to deliver strong commercial outcomes
• Building a customer experience that keeps people coming back
• Creating a culture focused on accountability, teamwork and results

Success in this role is all about driving sales, revenue and Like for Likegrowth, developing your crew and turning opportunities into results.

• You’re a hard core 4WD enthusiast and you know the great Aussie outdoors from experience
• You consistently achieve volume sales based on Like for Like growth
• You have “a bit of the mongrel in you” to drive retail sales  and great customer service
• You enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing people
• You bring energy, positivity and a strong work ethic every day
• You understand how to drive conversion, attachments and average transaction value and sales per hour  
• You have experience or a genuine interest in 12V, automotive, camping or outdoor products
