Property Network of Australia is seeking a Retail Property Manager  to join a specialist property investment and asset management, business focused on neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres. The company partners with investors to enhance asset value, improve tenant performance, and deliver excellent customer experiences through disciplined management.

We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing retail or commercial property assets, with a strong focus on operations, tenant relationships, and compliance.

This part-time role is responsible for the day-to-day management of a shopping centre, ensuring high standards of presentation, efficient operations, and positive tenant and customer experiences. You will work closely with the Asset Manager and external partners, taking ownership of centre operations and building strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and the local community.
 
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and presentation of the shopping centre
  • Coordinate maintenance, contractor supervision, and compliance activities
  • Develop strong tenant relationships and resolve operational issues
  • Assist with budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and invoice approvals
  • Support centre events, community engagement, and customer experience initiatives
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate management records

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in shopping centre or commercial property management
  • Strong contractor and facilities management skills
  • Proficiency in property management software (Re-Leased desirable) and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Good understanding of WHS and property compliance requirements
