Property Network of Australia is seeking a Centre Manager to join a leading, national retail property management business to oversee a small portfolio of shopping centres, based at a small sub-regional asset in Brisbane.

This company is recognised for its commitment to maximising asset value and providing a positive experience for tenants and owners and we are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing retail property operations, including tenant engagement, financial oversight, and compliance responsibilities.

As Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of retail centres, ensuring the properties are well-maintained, compliant, and financially optimised. You will build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders, while driving operational improvements and supporting the owner's objectives. 
 
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the retail centre
  • Manage tenant relationships and promptly address concerns
  • Develop and administer property operating budgets and forecasts
  • Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with service agreements
  • Deliver risk and compliance responsibilities in line with safety standards
  • Prepare and deliver monthly performance and financial reports

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in retail property or centre management
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence
