Job Description

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including payment allocation and account maintenance
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
Investigate payment discrepancies
Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries regarding invoices and account matters
Maintain accurate financial records
Work closely with internal teams to resolve account issues
Ad-hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

Experience processing customer payments and allocating receipts accurately
Ability to review customer account information and identify payment discrepancies
Experience responding to customer queries relating to invoices and account balances
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage competing accounts receivable tasks and meet deadlines
