About the Role
Our team are looking for Support Workers in the Denham area who can work alongside our customers to provide quality and practical assistance that enables them to continue to lead their own lives with dignity and stay connected with family and community. We offer flexible shift options, including weekday (Monday to Friday), as well as a small amount of weekend hours to accommodate a variety of schedules.
You will need:
- Current driver’s license and a NDIS Clearance or willing to obtain one
- Flexibility to work varying hours between Monday to Sunday.
- Ability to assist with physical tasks and help with mobility as needed.
- Willingness to assist customers with domestic cleaning and personal care tasks.

- Advocate for their rights and preferences to ensure they feel empowered in their care.
- Help customers stay connected to their communities and maintain independence through social activities and local services.
- Build trust to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.
