The Opportunity
As Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will lead a team of experienced analysts and BI professionals responsible for delivering critical management information, performance reporting, and actionable business insights.
You will play a key leadership role across the organisation by:
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing Data & Analytics team.
- Owning enterprise reporting, dashboards, data models, and self-service BI capabilities.
- Delivering strategic insights across sales, distribution, broker performance, product management, credit risk, customer outcomes, and profitability.
- Partnering with executive leaders to identify growth opportunities and drive business performance.
- Championing data-led decision making across the organisation.
- Acting as the subject matter expert for analytics and reporting across key business initiatives, projects, and transformation programs.
- Driving continuous improvement in data quality, governance, reporting capability, and analytical maturity.
