Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical and creative delivery of flagship interior projects using Revit, ensuring precision and innovation at every stage
• Shape and drive the design vision, translating client briefs into realised spaces that exemplify aesthetics and functionality
• Take ownership of project development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure design aspirations are realised while maintaining feasibility and rigor
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning, ingenuity, and professional growth
• Manage project documentation, specifications, and coordination, maintaining design integrity throughout all phases
• Play a pivotal role in business development activities, leveraging your expertise to win new projects and strengthen client relationships
Skills & Experience
• Proven track record in conceptualising and delivering high-end interior projects within architecture firms
• Extensive proficiency in Revit, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and technical mastery
• Experience managing projects from ideation through to construction, with an eye for detail and innovative problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and clients
• Creative, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for sustainable, high-quality interior design
• Demonstrable leadership qualities, with the confidence to steer complex projects and inspire teams
• Ideally with experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors (additional sectors welcomed)
