Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience managing finance and commercial administration within a professional services or design-oriented business
- Strong proficiency in financial systems, particularly Xero, with a track record of process improvement

- Commercially astute, comfortable working alongside senior leaders to inform strategic decisions
