About the Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of commercial fitout projects from initial planning through to completion and handover. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, subcontractors and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams, you will play a key role in maintaining project performance, managing commercial outcomes and delivering a high standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial fitout projects from planning through to completion and handover.
• Develop and monitor project programs, budgets, forecasts and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site management teams.
• Oversee procurement, subcontract negotiations and contract administration.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims and financial performance.
• Ensure works comply with relevant building codes, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and regular project updates.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues to minimise delays and additional costs.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate stakeholders to achieve key milestones.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure projects meet client expectations.

About You To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced construction professional with a proven track record of delivering commercial fitout projects and managing multiple stakeholders.

You will ideally have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Project Manager within commercial construction or fitout.
• Strong knowledge of project programming, budgeting and financial management.
• Experience managing subcontractors, procurement and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
• A commitment to workplace safety, quality and client satisfaction.
