Creative Recruiters is working with a motorsport and engineering business looking for an experienced Digital Media & Content Specialist to join their commercial team.
If your strengths sit across filming, editing, photography and design, and you enjoy turning a good idea into content that people actually want to engage with, this could be worth a closer look.
The opportunity
Working across racing, engineering and commercial activities, you'll capture everything from driver personalities and behind-the-scenes race preparation through to partner activations and collectable products.
You'll take content from initial idea through to finished delivery, producing video, photography and design assets for business, team, customer and partner channels. Product photography and promotional content for memorabilia and retail products will also feature.
Alongside the creative work, you'll manage digital channels, website updates, EDMs and member communications. You'll support media releases and event wrap-ups, deliver sponsor content commitments and provide monthly reporting.
You'll also contribute ideas for organic and paid social campaigns, maintain content archives and keep internal digital assets and promotional material current.
About you
You're confident behind a camera, with the editing skills to turn your footage into polished, engaging content. Your folio demonstrates strong storytelling, considered design and an eye for the details that make the finished work stand out.
You'll bring strong hands on skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator, practical social media knowledge and the ability to adapt your writing for different audiences.
This is a collaborative environment where you'll work with drivers, commercial partners and colleagues across the business. You can put people at ease, draw out their personality and use sound judgement around timing and sensitive information.
Managing multiple stakeholders, communicating deadlines and adapting when plans change are strengths you'll bring alongside your creative skills. You're experienced enough to take ownership and keep the work moving independently.
Sports content experience would be highly regarded, although motorsport experience isn't essential.
