About the Role:
Our Client, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, based in the Western suburbs of Brisbane is seeking a Documentation Officer for a causal ongoing position, working Monday to Friday, with the potential to go permanent. This role is predominantly desk-based, needing a high attention to detail.

As a Documentation Officer you will be responsible to maintain accurate and up to date master documentation for Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory and business support departments ensuring compliance with GxP requirements.

NOTE: Applicants will be required to undertake a full medical assessment, drug screening and police check to be eligible for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to:

  • Review, update, maintain and issue master documentation to ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory and quality requirements 
  •  Compile and complete the necessary documentation to update master documents in support of related change requests 
  • Ensure activities comply with GxP, legal and ethical standards
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy;
  • Participating in site wide OHS and Quality observations with a focus on continuous improvement and efficient compliance.

Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate must have:

  • Degree level qualification in a scientific discipline
  • Experience within an administrative or documentation control role (scanning, filing, archiving documents etc.)
  • Intermediate to high level of competency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems and GMP highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
