Key Responsibilities

●Provide care and supervision in a safe, inclusive environment.

●Observe, assess and document children's development and learning.
●Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised learning environment.
●Communicate with families regarding children's learning and wellbeing.
●Support children with diverse learning needs.
●Follow Centre policies, procedures and professional standards.
Requirements
●Certificate III or IV in Early Childhood Education, or recognised equivalent/Diploma or higher, with at least 1 year of relevant experience; or
●At least 2 years' relevant experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting in lieu of formal qualifications.
●Current First Aid and CPR certification.
●Working with Children Check.
●Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
●Knowledge of early childhood education frameworks and play-based learning.
●Ability to work collaboratively and support children of varying ages and abilities.
