The Role:

We are seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join either our 6 weeks–12 months studio or our 2.5–3.5 years studio.

As a Lead Educator, you will:

  • Inspire and guide your team, creating an environment where both children and adults feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
  • Design meaningful learning environments that spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and expand young minds.
  • Champion Every Child’s Rights, recognising and celebrating childhood as a unique and vital stage of life.
  • Partner with families, building strong, respectful relationships and honouring them as their child’s first and most important community.
  • Uphold excellence, embedding national early childhood principles and best practice into everything you do.

About You:

You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.

You also have:

  • A Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).
  • Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion. 
  • A commitment to child and cultural safety.
  • An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
  • A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.

Harmony Bardon is a purpose-built centre catering for up to 83 children (birth–5 years). Located at 56 Chiswick Road, Bardon, the centre will operate 7.00am to 6.00pm, offering a welcoming and inspiring environment for children, families, and educators alike.
