👶 About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment where children can learn, explore and thrive.

You will:

• Support children's learning and development through play-based experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members
• Contribute to educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Assist with observations, documentation and planning cycles
• Collaborate with your fellow educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
• Help create a warm and inclusive environment where every child feels valued

✅ About You

You are enthusiastic, caring and committed to providing high-quality early education.

To be successful, you'll have:

✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

✔ Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain

✔ Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

✔ Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✔ A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and succeed
