Electrical Planner | FIFO| Ex Darwin

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Planner for our client within the mining and minerals processing industry, working FIFO 8/6 ex Darwin.

This role will suit an experienced Electrical Planner with strong electrical maintenance planning and SAP experience, ideally within mining or heavy industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain weekly electrical maintenance plans, ensuring work is accurately scoped, sequenced and resourced.
• Create, review and prioritise maintenance work orders using SAP.
• Filter and assess incoming maintenance requests and maintain an effective maintenance backlog.
• Coordinate labour rosters, resource requirements and subcontractors for planned and non-routine works.
• Track procurement, parts and materials to ensure availability for scheduled maintenance.
• Liaise with Electrical Supervisors, Superintendents, Operations and Maintenance teams to coordinate work.
• Maintain and report on maintenance KPIs, identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support safe, efficient maintenance execution and continuous improvement.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated experience in a maintenance planning role, ideally within mining, minerals processing or heavy industry.
• SAP experience is essential, particularly maintenance work orders and asset data.
• Previous maintenance planning experience is required.
• Electrical trade background, such as a qualified Electrician, or an Electrical Engineering background. Equivalent relevant industry experience may also be considered.
• Strong understanding of electrical maintenance practices, work order management and planning cycles.
• Experience with labour coordination, materials tracking and maintenance reporting.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Instrumentation and Control or High Voltage experience will be highly regarded.
