NOW HIRING: LEADING HAND ELECTRICIAN | FIFO | 8/6 ROSTER
We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Electrician to join a gold mining operation on an 8/6 FIFO roster, with a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
The Role:
- Lead and coordinate electrical teams across site operations and maintenance.
- Oversee electrical installations, fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality and compliance standards.
- Coordinate daily tasks, manage priorities and support project delivery.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and site management.
Requirements:
- Current WA Electrical Licence.
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory electrical role.
- Gold mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded.
- Strong fault-finding, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to meet site compliance, medical and drug and alcohol screening requirements.
