About the service:

  • Our Heart Swap Program supports emotional regulation during drop-off and pick-up, where families and children share and exchange coloured hearts as symbols of connection and reassurance. 
  • Our ‘Tina-Bread’ program, led by educator Gurvinder (Tina), invites children to make authentic naan bread, incorporating numeracy, literacy, and fine motor skills.
  • We host Mini and Me Mornings on Mondays and Fridays, where babies and parents come together for morning tea, connection, and shared experiences.

About You:

  • Hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a Centre Director role within childcare (Essential)
  • A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Geecko training must be complete 
  • Police Check (dated within last 3 months)
  • In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
  • Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
  • You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
  • Have strong communication skills written and verbal
