At Respect Tongala Memorial, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated casual Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team. This role requires flexibility to work across AM, PM and Night shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team, values person-centred care, and understands that the little things often make the biggest difference to our residents.

About the Role

Your day will include:

  • Supporting resident admissions and ongoing assessments.
  • Administering medications safely and accurately.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Contributing to resident care planning and evaluations.
  • Monitoring resident wellbeing and escalating concerns when required.
  • Helping create a safe, respectful and welcoming environment where every resident is treated with dignity.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Strong clinical and documentation skills.
  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Understanding of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.

Why Join Respect?

At Respect, you'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, continuous learning and delivering exceptional care to older Australians.

You'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections with residents while working in an environment where your skills, compassion and commitment are truly valued.

If you're looking for a rewarding nursing role where no two days are the same (and where a good coffee and a supportive team are always appreciated), we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and become part of the Respect team at Tongala Memorial.
