About the Role 

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse in search of a rewarding career within the aged care industry? Be a part of our dynamic and growing team as an Enrolled Nurse. Working closely with the Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role of delivering high-quality and person-cantered care.

 
Applying your nursing expertise and knowledge, you will provide a range of care services to ensure that our consumers’ health and wellbeing are maintained. Some of the key responsibilities are administration of medication, wound management, developing and updating care plans whilst maintaining accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities 

  • Work well with other staff and health professionals to provide respectful, safe, and  person-centred care.
  • Follow care plans and workplace policies to give quality nursing care.
  • Guide and support personal care workers in their daily tasks when needed.
  • Notice changes in a consumer’s health and report or act on them, including contacting doctors or family if required.

What You Will Need

  • AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
  • Minimum 6 months experience working in acute or aged care
  • Familiarity with Lee care and MediMap is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable
  • Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times. Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  

Candidates may be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
