We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Applications Analyst to become the functional expert across key platforms including Genesys Cloud CX, HAMBS and Dynamics 365, helping drive innovation, efficiency and better outcomes for our members.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology and customer experience. You'll partner with stakeholders across Customer and Private Health Insurance (PHI), translating business needs into practical, delivery-ready solutions that create real value.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a critical role in helping GMHBA maximise the value of its enterprise applications by:
- Leading discovery workshops, requirements gathering and process analysis
- Turning business needs into clear, actionable outcomes
- Acting as the functional authority for Genesys Cloud CX and HAMBS
- Supporting platform governance, release readiness and adoption
- Coordinating stakeholders, vendors, testing activities and business acceptance
- Helping teams navigate priorities, risks, dependencies and delivery decisions
- Supporting continuous improvement across customer and PHI platforms
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who combines strong business analysis capability with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
You'll have:
- Proven experience in business and functional analysis across CRM, contact centre, claims or enterprise applications environments
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and impact assessment
- Experience working with vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- A degree in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Genesys Cloud CX
- HAMBS
- Dynamics 365
- Private Health Insurance
- Contact centre operations
- Agile, ITIL or Business Analysis certification.
