Your role will include:
- Leading sustainability/ESD projects and providing expert advice to clients
- Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
- Managing projects from concept through to completion, ensuring best-practice sustainability outcomes
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative, innovative culture
About you:
- 2-3+ years' experience in ESD/green building consultancy or building services
- Proven business development skills with a client-focused mindset
- Strong technical knowledge of sustainability practices, NABERS, Green Star, and similar frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of a new office
