Position

In a newly created role as an ESG Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and sustainability. You will lead ESG compliance initiatives in partnership with external consultants, while embedding best-practice frameworks such as AASB S2, the GHG Protocol, and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures.

You’ll bring experience preparing climate-related disclosures, alongside strong capability in collecting, validating, and managing sustainability data across the business. With a solid grounding in risk and compliance, you’ll contribute to scenario analysis, transition planning, and emissions reduction initiatives, while continuously improving reporting processes and systems.

Profile

  • Experience infinance, accounting, consulting, or ESG/sustainability roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insights
  • Understanding of ESG frameworks, climate risk, or sustainability reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Exposure to reporting tools (PowerBI) desirable
  • Self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills
