ROLE:
Join the Estimating team where you'll prepare accurate, competitive tenders for projects up to $6M across the Commercial, Education, Office, Community (including sporting pavilions), and Government sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare detailed tenders and estimates from drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Conduct quantity take-offs and analyse tender documentation
- Source and assess subcontractor and supplier quotes, and run tender comparisons
- Build and present competitive, accurate pricing to Directors and clients
- Identify risks, scope gaps, and value-engineering opportunities
- Manage multiple tenders concurrently to meet deadlines
- Hand over awarded projects to the delivery team with clear scope and budget information
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 3+ years local experience as an Estimator within commercial construction, fit-out, or refurbishment
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Sound knowledge of trades, scopes, and construction methodology
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple (2-3) tenders at once
- Strong communication skills for dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Full Australian working rights
