An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Residential Estimator to join an established and growing volume home builder in Brisbane.
With a strong pipeline of residential projects and continued growth across South East Queensland, we're looking for an estimator who understands the fast-paced nature of volume residential construction and can hit the ground running.

As a Residential Estimator, you will require:
- Previous experience as an Estimator within residential construction
- Experience with volume/project home building highly regarded
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and residential building methods
- Experience completing take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates
- Ability to accurately price variations, upgrades and site-specific requirements
- Experience working with suppliers, subcontractors and trade pricing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with drafting, procurement, sales and construction teams
The Opportunity You will be responsible for producing accurate and timely estimates across a consistent pipeline of residential homes.
Working closely with the wider pre-construction and delivery teams, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects are accurately costed and ready to move through to construction.
